Returns Policy

Every Best Fly Screen is custom-made for the customer, from the measurements provided by the customer. Therefore, the order cannot be cancelled following confirmation under any circumstances, nor can the client be reimbursed for any cancelled order.

If the Goods are Faulty & need returning

5.1 As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to goods that are faulty or not as described. We are under a legal duty to supply goods that are in conformity with this contract. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office. Nothing in these terms will affect these legal rights.

In the event the goods are faulty, please

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your goods via email to sales@bestflyscreens.com and include: 

  1. Your name, address, and telephone number;
  2. Proof of purchase;
  3. Best Fly Screens order number;
  4. The date the alleged condition was first observed; and
  5. A specific description of the alleged condition.
  6. The buyer must provide proof of product defect by means of video and pictures that justify the claim.
